Member Communication

MSC encourages all members to share their thoughts and suggestions with each other by tapping into the vast array of experience available within the member network.

To encourage these open lines of communication and continuous dialogue, members have access to an uncensored, open discussion board enabling them to communicate with other members and head office on a daily basis.

The board is regularly monitored by senior management at MSC with all responses to member questions and comments being made as soon as possible.

Members also participate in conventions, trade shows, and regional meetings.
